Broker, loan officer or agent provides physical loan file that has been fully disclosed (all required loan disclosures have been signed by the borrower within the regulated time frame) and the handwritten application (signed by the borrower/representative).

Upon receipt of the loan file we review all documents for the lender/investor* chosen to verify compliance and documentation meets the guideline of the loan program. 

We order all required third party verifications, open escrow/title (if applicable), order appraisal (if applicable), follow up to ensure timely delivery of the items requested.  If the loan file has borrower documentation that is required, we contact the broker, loan officer or agent. 

We submit the file to the lender/investor* chosen and continue to follow up daily to ensure timely delivery of the loan approval and also the closing of the loan transaction.
